I found Ryan to be both outstanding and exceptional. He would always go the extra mile for me--answering questions, getting information, doing tasks (such as obtaining a kit and testing water for lead, finding a gardener to remove certain plants I wanted removed as termite protection, promptly getting a handyman to address certain home inspection matters), offering useful advice, and frankly, being patient and kind with me when, late in the transaction, I experienced utter distress at the prospect of moving at all--feeling that I would be dismantling the home my deceased and most beloved wife and I had established over our 30 years of sharing that home. I cannot say enough about Ryan Rosscup. Once you have him as a realtor, you will not want to deal with anyone else. Not only does he make himself available for you, but he genuinely wants to do right by you and your situation. He is always honest when we ask him for his expert opinion on houses which makes things a lot better when you're new to moving! This is our second time getting a house with Ryan and after experiencing other realtors, it is beyond evident what sets Ryan apart. He cares about people period. He wants you to be happy not only with the house you're getting, but the experience of home buying. If you're new to the area, he is helpful and knowledgeable about what's around you. Ryan helped me sell my house before I even put it on the market! By being such an attentive listener, he was able to match me with a buyer that was exactly what I wanted. We got over the minimum we wanted for our house, sold it to an investor who let us lease it back for 6 months while we look for a new house, and did all this without the headache of staging and having random people walk through our home. This was all possible because Ryan is well connected in the industry and his reputation proceeds him. Whenever we had free time he was available to show us houses we liked. Within two weeks we were able to find our dream home!
